mc999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Know your limits, stay safe — mc999 is here to keep entertainment enjoyable.
Our Commitment
Gaming Should Be Entertainment, Not a Burden
mc999 believes that online casino and betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment — as long as it is played mindfully. Your safety and mental well-being come first on our platform. That is why we provide tools and information to help you stay within your limits.
Gambling is never a source of income — it is entertainment only. There is no guarantee of winning any round, and chasing losses by placing more bets is dangerous. mc999 wants you to play in good health and happiness.
Principle 1: Play only when you are in a good mood and thinking clearly.
Principle 2: Decide in advance how much time and money you are willing to spend.
Principle 3: Do not play under pressure after a loss — take a break.
Remember: mc999 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or playing any game by minors is strictly prohibited.
Safety Tools
The Controls Are in Your Hands
mc999 gives you a set of tools to keep your gaming habits healthy and in order.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded. This reduces the risk of spending beyond your budget.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a rest, you can pause your account for a set period. Breaks ranging from 24 hours to several weeks are available. During the break, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If gambling becomes a problem, you can request a long-term closure of your account through self-exclusion. We fully respect this decision and act on it promptly.
Loss Limit
Take advantage of automatic session closure once losses reach a set amount. This feature protects you from larger losses and gives you the chance to return the next day with a clear head.
Session Time Limit
Playing for a long stretch at a time reduces focus and judgment. Set a session time limit and let your account lock automatically when the time is up. Conscious breaks keep the mind fresh.
