Definitions & Applicability

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Creating, operating, or assisting with an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account at mc999:
- You must be at least 21 years old. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If discrepancies are found in your name, mobile number, or payment details, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification.
- Keeping your account login details confidential is solely the member's responsibility. mc999 is not liable if a third party gains access to your account.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
- mc999 reserves the right to reject any account registration application at any time without providing a reason.
2.1 Identity Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraud, mc999 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If verification is required, we may ask you to provide supporting documents. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may remain suspended.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on mc999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The accepted payment methods on the Platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

- The mobile banking number used for deposits and the number used for withdrawals must be the same. Withdrawal requests to a different number may be subject to additional verification.
- Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. In special circumstances it may take a little longer, but mc999 always works to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.
- If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, a withdrawal request may be delayed or rejected.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, mc999 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
New members at mc999 have the opportunity to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:
Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (limit applies) → Total Balance ৳13,000
4.1 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.
- mc999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence that a member is abusing the bonus system.
- Adding another bonus while one is already active may not be possible. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on mc999 are conducted fairly and transparently. We follow SSL encryption and fair play policies. The games available on the Platform are operated through third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt.
- If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, or if a software fault is detected, mc999 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
- If a player is disconnected mid-game, the game result will be determined according to the server's records.
- Software hacking, use of bots, use of any unauthorized tools, or any attempt to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
- In sports betting, if match information changes after a bet is placed, the game provider's rules will be followed.
5.1 Account Suspension & Closure
mc999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: operating multiple accounts, providing false information, bonus abuse, fraudulent payments, threatening or abusive behavior, or violation of applicable laws.
If a decision is made to permanently close an account, any valid balance (excluding forfeitable bonuses) will be returned — unless fraud is proven through investigation.
VIP Program Terms & Conditions
mc999 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.
